		<li>Reviews and prints billing invoices
		<ul style="list-style-type: square;">
			<li>Prints, Scans, and Sends billing invoices to clients via email messenger, courier.</li>
			<li>Maintains AR schedule for reporting to Accounting Officer</li>
		</ul>
		</li>
		<li>Follow-up Sales/ Clients for updated Ars</li>
		<li>Checks BPI clients for collection; If payment is done thru credit to Infomax account matches credits to BPI clients vs outstanding invoices.</li>
		<li>Scans and issues Official receipts to clients and send thru email, messenger, courier</li>
		<li>Discusses with concerned Account Executive regarding billing issues encountered to ensure prompt collection of payment.</li>
		<li>Collects BIR 2307 from Clients, reconcile with books monthly, quarterly</li>
	</ul>

	<li>Responsible for all Disbursements to Principals, Suppliers and Service Providers
	<ul style="list-style-type: circle;">
		<li>Prepares and sends POs to principals/ suppliers - Prepares and reviews PO to Suppliers/Principals
		<ul style="list-style-type: square;">
			<li>Revises draft PO from Sales (to fit in the template).</li>
			<li>Reviews accuracy of PO versus BOM, supplier quotation, validates applicable taxes (VAT and Royalty Tax)</li>
		</ul>
		</li>
		<li>Prepares bank telegraphic transfer forms Applies for remittance of funds in case of payment to foreign principals.

			<li>Submits to accounting officer for endorsement to President.</li>
			<li>Coordinates processing to the bank thru Messenger (with cutoff time 12 PM)"</li>
		</ul>
		</li>
		<li>Prepares payment to suppliers, journal entries, and amount to be paid for submission to Accounting officer for processing in Bizlink</li>
		<li>Prepares application form to purchase dollars for payment to foreign principals (connected to item B)</li>
		<li>Sends proofs of payment to Suppliers and follows up Official Receipt.</li>
		<li>Prepares BIR 2307 and sends to Suppliers</li>
		<li>Maintains AP aging for reporting to Accounting Officer</li>
	</ul>
	</li>
	<li>Collate and review Liquidation and Reimbursement reports submitted by employees.
	<ul style="list-style-type: circle;">
		<li>Reviews receipts in compliance with Company requirements.</li>
		<li>Submit a summary of liquidation and reimbursement to the accounting officer for validation and endorsement for payroll.</li>

	<li>Transmits the following documents to Outsourced Accountants,

		<li>Bookkeeper Check Vouchers</li>
		<li>Billing Invoices/Sales invoices</li>

		<li>ORs from Suppliers</li>

	</li>
	<li>Maintenance of Accounting forms (Sales Invoice, Billing Invoice, Official Receipts, Collection receipts)

		<li>Inventory of accounting forms (BIR pre-printed, and internal forms (PO, CV))</li>
		<li>Coordinates printing of accounting booklets to BIR and BIR accredited Printer</li>
		<li>Update of internal accounting forms

			<li>Liquidation Forms</li>
			<li>Reimbursement forms</li>
			<li>Bill of Materials</li>
			<li>Budget Form</li>
			<li>Purchase Request/ Cash Advance Template</li>
