Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced Digital Advertising Specialist to lead our paid advertising strategy. You will be the driving force behind our digital ad campaigns, defining the strategy, and collaborating with our Melbourne-based Marketing Manager and Designer to execute your vision. This is a leadership role with a significant impact on our growth within the competitive cryptocurrency market.

 

Key Responsibilities:

	<li>Develop and execute a comprehensive digital advertising strategy focused on Meta Ads (Facebook &amp; Instagram), with potential expansion to Reddit and X (Twitter).</li>
	<li>Lead all aspects of Meta Ads campaigns: planning, launch, management, optimisation, and reporting.</li>
	<li>Drive measurable results: achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) including ROAS, CTR, conversion rates, and customer acquisition.</li>
	<li>Utilise advanced analytics: leverage Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, and other tools for data-driven optimisation, A/B testing, and performance analysis.</li>
	<li>Collaborate on ad creative: work with the Marketing Manager and Designer to develop compelling ad copy, visuals, and videos.</li>
	<li>Provide regular performance reports with actionable insights for continuous improvement.</li>
	<li>Stay at the forefront of digital advertising trends, particularly within the fintech/cryptocurrency space.</li>
