Who We Are 

The Southeast Asian Regional Center for Graduate Study and Research in Agriculture (SEARCA) is a non-profit organization established by the Southeast Asian Ministers of Education Organization (SEAMEO) in 1966.

Founded in 1965, SEAMEO is a chartered international organization whose purpose is to promote cooperation in education, science and culture in the Southeast Asian region. Its highest policymaking body is the SEAMEO Council, which comprises the Ministers of Education of the 11 Southeast Asian countries.

The Center derives its juridical personality from the SEAMEO Charter and possesses full capacity to contract; acquire, and dispose of, immovable and movable property; and institute legal proceedings. Moreover, SEARCA enjoys in the territory of each of its member states such privileges and immunities as are normally accorded United Nations institutions. Representatives of member states and officials of the Center shall similarly enjoy such privileges and immunities in the Philippines as are necessary for the exercise of their functions in connection with SEARCA and SEAMEO.

SEARCA has embraced the rhythms of change. Its Tenth Five-Year Plan (FYP) has directed SEARCA to move away from "business-as-usual" strategy as it no longer suffices in coping with the increasing complexities, uncertainties, and nonlinearities of its constantly changing environment. The "new normal" conditions in Southeast Asia compels SEARCA and all of its key partners to initiate anew a paradigm shift towards accelerating transformation through agricultural innovation (ATTAIN) in its Eleventh FYP.

Job Summary:

The Project Assistant is responsible for providing administrative and logistical assistance to the Project Leader and Consultants. 

Terms of Reference:

<ol>
	<li>Assist in logistical and administrative preparation for workshops, meetings, and project-related activities.</li>
	<li>Manage procurement and monitor project budget and disbursements.</li>
	<li>Prepare financial claims and submissions with the appropriate attachments in compliance with the funding and implementing agencies' guidelines.</li>
	<li>Maintain an organized system for filing and record-keeping of all project documents and correspondence.</li>
	<li>Willing to travel to project sites for fieldwork and coordination meetings.</li>
	<li>Perform other duties as needed to support the successful implementation of the project.</li>

	<li>Collect relevant secondary information from various sources.</li>
	<li>Supervise the field data collection and validate the data for completeness and reliability.</li>
	<li>Organize and provide support during meetings and consultations, including documentation and preparation of discussion materials.</li>
	<li>Assist in writing, editing, and layouting project outputs and deliverables.</li>
	<li>Willing to travel to project sites for fieldwork and coordination meetings.</li>

QA Analyst for Farm is the in-line quality control inspector of various inbound, in-process and outbound Honest Farms' products

Duties &amp; Responsibilities

<ul>
	<li>Performs quality control inspection of various inbound, in process and outbound Honest Farm products, includes but not limited to fresh produce, table eggs, frozen meat and seafoods and special products.</li>
	<li>Maintains “floor presence” as inspector of quality throughout the processing facility.</li>

Quezon City Local Government

The Quezon City Polytechnic was created on March 1, 1994 by virtue of the City Council Ordinance No. SP-171 an institution to primarily undertake the training and development of qualified technicians and skilled workers.

The Three-Year Technician Curriculum was introduced in the SY 1994-1995 designed to develop highly competent technicians for industry in the areas of Automotive Technology, Electrical Technology, Welding Technology, Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning Technology, and Fashion Technology. In 2001, Ordinance SP – 1030 created a charter for the establishment of Quezon City Polytechnic University. QCPU started its operation by offering one (1) year programs and short term courses. By the year 2005, QCPU started offering college degree courses. Right now, QCPU prides itself in providing employment to its graduates and serves as a tool for national development, particularly in Quezon City.
