Plans, Policies and Guidelines

Mobility Systems Improvement

	<li>Serves as the section’s main liaison for school units (faculty and students) conducting research on the shuttle system, providing guidance and support to ensure that research activities are aligned with the university and the section’s strategic goals and objectives.</li>
	<li>Leads efforts to improve the efficiency of both internal and external shuttle systems through the development and implementation of technology-based solutions, working collaboratively with relevant stakeholders to identify and address operational challenges.</li>
	<li>Assists in the planning and study of demand management initiatives, such as carpool and point-to-point programs, using data analysis and research skills to develop effective strategies for reducing traffic congestion and improving transportation options.</li>

Ensuring Compliance and Performance of Internal and External Shuttle Operations

	<li>Oversees efficient operations of both internal and external shuttle systems, ensuring compliance with contract and service level agreements as well as government requirements.</li>
	<li>Coordinates with the supervisor of outsourced transport service providers regarding employee performance on campus and reviews/endorsed billing for processing of payment.</li>

Managing Mobility Stakeholders

Under the direct supervision of the Grounds, Trees, and Waste Management Section Head, the Grounds Officer oversees the delivery of grounds management/maintenance and waste management services by evaluating campus grounds conditions and monitoring work on grounds repair and grounds preventive maintenance. The position involves managing the work of contractors, who implements the primary service of the Section.

I. Grounds and Trees Operations

Grounds Officer | Central Facilities Management Office

The Program Head for Organizational Sustainability is responsible for the overall leadership and management of the Organizational Sustainability (OS) Program. The position leads the planning and development of the program which includes research, capacity-building, training, and logistical/administrative directions focusing on integrating sustainability principles into university operations and external entities such as industry, academia, NGOs, and micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs).

 
The position supports the University's strategic directions towards sustainability and aligns with AIS’ goals to mobilize knowledge and innovative solutions and to mainstream integral ecology, sustainability, and resilience with institutions and communities.

I. Program Planning, Implementation, and Evaluation

<ul>
	<li>Keeps abreast of local and international trends, standards, and requirements related to organizational sustainability</li>
	<li>Designs, develops, and promotes projects and policies which operationalize select thematic areas of Organizational Sustainability (OS), and evaluates its effectiveness</li>

III. Program Management
