		<li>Efficient and effective assistance to applicants through all platforms</li>
		<li>Search and/or improve existing systems that will be more effective at converting Student Applicants from one stage to the next stage of the Application Funnel and generating reports</li>
		<li>Ensure that every step of the Student Applicant journey is very effective</li>
		<li>Constantly review the content of the website and all marketing collaterals to ensure that materials are properly communicating the programs and services of CIIT in the most effective manner</li>

	<li>Data Analysis that will improve strategies and programs

		<li>Ensure that applicant data and information found in ZOHO is updated real-time</li>
		<li>Analyze and review reports from partner agencies for online marketing efforts</li>
		<li>Improve the necessary systems and technologies being utilized by CIIT to be able to execute the marketing strategies in scale</li>
		<li>Analyze data in CRM to establish strategies that will improve conversion rates from one step of the customer journey to the next step</li>

	<li>Act as the front desk for admission-related concerns and inquiries</li>
	<li>Conduct school tours as requested by clients</li>
	<li>Receive and resolve concerns and inquiries lodged to the reception desk</li>
	<li>Answer course inquiries and explains the other products and services provided by the institution</li>

The Business Admin Assistant is responsible for performing administrative tasks and services to support effective and efficient operations of ITW Admin department.

<ul>
	<li>Proficiency and deep understanding of Business registration and renewal to government agencies to ensure compliance of the company. </li>
	<li>Provides overall administrative support to ensure effective and efficient operation of the office.</li>
	<li>Communicate with government agencies such as BIR, SEC, DTI, LGU, SSS, PHIC, HDMF in relation to company registration,renewal and updating status and requirements.</li>
	<li>Go on fieldwork for company needs and/or government coordination, monitoring and follow-up status of registration to ensure early completion.</li>
	<li>Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work results.</li>
	<li>Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and internal means of communication.</li>
	<li>Supports the team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.</li>
	<li>Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, calling for repairs, maintaining equipment inventories and evaluating new equipment and techniques.</li>
	<li>Develops administrative staff by providing information, educational opportunities, and experiential growth opportunities.</li>
	<li>Maintains, organize and update company directories, database and office records</li>
