Job Function:
To lead and motivate a team of business development professionals in achieving sales targets and expanding the company’s customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the activities and performance of the Business Development Team.
- Set sales targets and devise strategies to achieve these goals.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to team members.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with other departments to align business development strategies.

Minimum Qualifications
