	<li>Ensure accurate accounting and recording for depreciation on a monthly basis. Calculate and record depreciation expenses based on the applicable depreciation methods and schedules.</li>
	<li>Support, suggest and draft sound policies for the efficient management of the company's fixed assets</li>
	<li>Responsible for monitoring and reporting on the status of the CAPEX budget</li>
	<li>Process all disbursements request for College. Verify all details on the invoice such quantities, prices, and terms vs. purchase order, and delivery receipts. Post invoices and payments into the appropriate GL Accounts</li>
	<li>Responsible for the timely disbursements of funds through bank transfer.</li>
	<li>Audits payroll report submitted by HR, process payroll crediting to employee accounts and record payroll transactions</li>

Student Affairs Management

	<li>Provide general assistance to all student related concerns and clearances during the enrollment period.</li>
	<li>Actively participate in the review of the Student Handbook and oversee its dissemination to students.</li>
	<li>Determine and assess student services needs of students and initiate referrals to appropriate teams.</li>
	<li>Advise students on policy concerns and assist in the resolution of problems and issues by advocating for the student rights in these issues.</li>

Student Activities 

<ul>
	<li>Oversee all student-led events and activities initiated by recognized student organizations (RSOs), in and off-campus.</li>
	<li>Monitor and advise students on the implementation of student events and activities such as, but not limited to, cultural events, outreach activities initiated by RSOs, sporting and gaming events, social events like,inter-school competitions, etc.</li>
	<li>Develop and implement together with the SFS Manager, special campus events including, but not limited to, national and international day celebrations, commemorations, etc.</li>
	<li>Plans and implements social, cultural, recreational activities of various student groups, according to school policies and process protocols</li>
	<li>Promotes student participation in social, cultural and recreational activities.</li>

Student Leadership and Empowerment

<ul>
	<li>Design and implement leadership and soft-skills workshops, training sessions, and activities for students</li>
	<li>Develop and implement a student leadership program targeting student leaders in RSOs and the Student Council with the aim of developing leadership skills and behavioral competencies that are anchored in CIIT’s core values.</li>
	<li>Regulate and supervise the Student Council, the Student Organizations and the Student Body as a whole</li>
	<li>Provide assistance and support to student-related endeavors and competitions outside of the school</li>

Practicum Placement Officer

“CHINOY TV” is the only Philippine-based television program that features the Chinese heritage and how it harmonizes with the Filipino culture. We believe that the Chinese aspect, in particular, should be elaborated more than overlooked. Thus, we continue to commit ourselves in fulfilling our mission specifically in:

To do these, we have invited young, dynamic Chinoys like athlete-turned-TV personality Gretchen Ho and formerly, Chris Tiu, who are both figures of inspiration to the community, to help us explore lifestyle and other relevant stories of Chinoy entrepreneurs and their businesses, as well as on health and wellness and recent events. From May to July 2016, we have successfully spearheaded the third Mr. and Ms. Chinatown pageant which aims to search for Chinoys who would serve as role models to the youth. We have also consistently led Chinese themed events that highlight the best of Chinese traditional arts and culture for all kinds of audience to learn and appreciate. A Multimedia Artist is someone who uses his/her skills in graphic imaging technologies to produce creative materials. The role is needed for production of assets with particular focus on, but not limited to, digital and dynamic materials.

Who will you be making assets for? We have a wide range of clients – from popular pharmaceutical brands to lesser-known niche medications, restaurants and FMCG food brands, skin care and feminine care brands, and 'masa' brands encountered every day. You’ll have the opportunity to work on creative content executions for these brands and occasionally be involved in ideating for their campaigns as well.

What types of creative output/involvement will be required from you?

<ul>
	<li>Key visuals for minor to major marketing campaigns</li>
	<li>Static and dynamic materials that would make use of knowledge on design fundamentals (balance, typography, colors, creativity), technical skills (vector illustration, image manipulation, video editing, etc), and knowledge on varied and emerging digital platforms (Tiktok, IG, etc)</li>
	<li>Engagement with the team for briefings, alignments, brainstormings, and presentations</li>
	<li>Creative proposal materials/supplements such as storyboards, mood/concept board, rationale, etc</li>
	<li>Other brand assets like logos, brand guide, templates, etc</li>
	<li>Possible involvement in production (i.e. attending pre and post prod meetings, joining photo/video shoot, etc)</li>
	<li>Perform other related duties as required or assigned</li>
