	<li>Initiates and manages staging of events as directed by the GM, sales team and/or principals in support of the company’s sales strategies and targets. Obtains invitation list from the Sales Team and GM; handles communication of invites and follow-ups to ensure optimal acceptance and attendance.</li>
	<li>Prepares and oversees the annual budget for Infomax Events, brochures, and other marketing tools/materials. Ensure that expenses are within each event's budget to manage costs.</li>
	<li>Takes charge of logistics and other arrangements for company events such as Planning session, Solutions update, others, and as needed/assigned invites clients and speakers.</li>
</ul>

Accreditation

	<li>Responsible for preparing/collating accreditation documents required by clients in coordination with the concerned parties in the organization.</li>

The Business Development Officer plays a pivotal role in driving growth and innovation for MedGrocer. This position requires versatility in handling various aspects of business development, data analysis, operations management, and team supervision. 
 
Key Responsibilities

	<li>Collaborate with various teams across customer experience, account management, and operations, gaining a holistic understanding of the organization's functions</li>
	<li>Oversee daily operations, including customer service and clinic management services, identifying process and system improvements, and resolving operational concerns</li>
	<li>Utilize data analysis to identify pain points and opportunities, contributing to the development and enhancement of services</li>
	<li>Lead clinic development efforts, collaborates with cross-functional teams, stays updated on industry trends and emerging technologies, and recommends innovative solutions for business growth</li>
