The Relationship Manager of the Corporate Banking Group develops client portfolio of accounts to deliver budgeted goals and targets through cross-selling of bank products and new account on-boarding. S/He achieves revenue goals by approved through account planning, account profitability and risk management metrics.

Relationship Manager

As a Channel Manager, you will be responsible for monitoring and supporting the daily operations of the assigned channels to ensure they operate within acceptable service level performance metrics to deliver optimal customer experience. You will be focused on managing and optimizing the digital channels within its division. Channel Manager

About the Role

As a Skips Officer, you will be responsible for verifying existing and probing new contact information of clients. The purpose of this role is to locate delinquent clients whose whereabouts or contact information is unknown and perform collections actions on any successfully traced clients.

How you’ll contribute

<ul>
	<li>Verify all existing contact information of clients endorsed for skip tracing.</li>
	<li>Search all available information sources (social media, friends/family, neighbors, phone directories, employer, bureau data, etc.) to gather and verify new client contact information.</li>
	<li>Record all results of skip tracing into the collections system in an accurate and timely manner.</li>
	<li>Perform collections actions on traced accounts according to the collections workflow using the collections system.</li>

As a Product Development Manager, you are responsible in developing, conceptualizing, enhancing, and documenting all modules of all products/services/facilities/solutions under the purview of Cash Management Division.

Collections Associate

Responsible for the preparation and submission of reports. The function includes the following:

As a Taxation Lead, you will develop strategic tax planning and formulate tax saving measures and initiatives for the Bank and its subsidiaries. Collections Officer

As a Deposit Relationship Manager, you will grow the deposit level of the wholesale segment of the Bank using the various bank deposit and non deposit facilities available. Ensures that offered bank products will meet client requirements and will deliver the Casa, float or fee income projections.

As a Service Officer, you will assist the Relationship Manager (RM) in overall account management of its day-to-day transactions such as loan availment, interest payments, and loan documentation, through coordination with Operating Units of the Bank (Credit, Trust, Treasury, International Banking Services Division, Operations &amp; Branch Banking) to achieve efficient and timely implementation of loan facilities.
