14. Closely monitors and follow-up performance of workers as well as machines, ensuring conformance to the established procedures and capacities.

16. Checks and monitors process paramaters to ensure conformance to the established standards. 
17. Checks and monitors compliance with SSOP and GMP practices. 
18. Identifies and implementns productivity improvements in areas of process, machines, materials and personnel utilization.

20. Supervises lines other than the assigned process line, when necessary.

Production Supervisor

Position: Quality Assurance Senior Supervisor

Job Summary: The Quality Assurance Senior Supervisor will support and assist the SQA Manager in overseeing the implementation and coordination of the company’s management systems, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, Food Safety, Halal, and other applicable statutory and regulatory requirements. This role is critical in managing day-to-day quality operations and manufacturing activities at GBPI Toll Manufacturing plants, including off-shore locations, and serves as the primary Internal Audit Coordinator.

	<li>Assist the SQA Manager in implementing and monitoring the company’s quality management systems, policies, and programs to ensure adherence to ISO 9001, Food Safety, Halal, and other regulatory standards.</li>
	<li>Oversee and coordinate daily operations related to quality assurance in manufacturing processes, ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.</li>
