The Company Driver is responsible for the safe and efficient transport of Goldmunzen, Inc. goods to and from their destination.

Duties and Responsibilities:

 

A. Operational

1. Ensures that goods are delivered to the right client at the right time and place.

2. Delivers and collects samples from clients.

3. Performs tasks that affect the delivery process such as but not limited to the following:

- Preparation of necessary forms

- Complete required forms for delivery

- Safe and efficient loading and unloading of goods 

- Inventory audit of goods for delivery 

- Safety of goods, equipment and people within the delivery vehicle

-Arrangement of goods in the delivery vehicle

4. Responsible for the integrity, confidentiality and safe handling of documents related to the delivery process. 

5. Efficiently and immediately files the necessary reports and documents to the Warehouse Supervisor not later than one (1) week after delivery.

6. Reports to the Warehouse Supervisor on a weekly basis all the significant aspects of delivery including but not limited to: goods that have been received and delivered, accidents or product spillage, equipment status/breakdowns, maintenance concerns/records, product concerns, customer recommendations/complaints, etc.

7. Perform additional tasks that contribute to the accomplishment of the organization’s objectives.

 

B. Vehicle Management

1. Responsible for the maintenance of the Goldmunzen, Inc. delivery vehicle thru such activities as, but not limited to:

a. Weekly cleaning

b. Monitoring of schedule of vehicle maintenance check

2. Ensures the efficient and effective use of Goldmunzen, Inc. resources during delivery thru and not limited to: 

a. Managing fuel consumption

b. Effective scheduling of delivery

c. Efficient use of vehicle space during delivery

3. Develops and implements cost-efficient ways to conduct warehouse procedures, subject to the approval of management.

4. Coordinates with the Delivery Assistant and Warehouse Supervisor in the development, monitoring and evaluation of plans to promote the efficiency of delivery.

		<li>Receive problems, concerns and issues from external and internal clients via telephone, email or “chat”;</li>
		<li>Entertain and provide answers to queries from the general public regarding client services and procedures;</li>
		<li>Check and monitor status of assigned sites/clients regularly which includes Start-of-Day process and transactions being processed;</li>
		<li>Evaluate and isolate the problems and provide client with first level solution. Otherwise, escalate the problems to concerned support group/s. He/she classifies the received calls or incidents according to type and priority level;</li>
		<li>Log calls in the call tracking and management system (HelpDesk System) and ensure that problems received from clients and sites are acted upon and resolved accurately and in a timely manner;</li>
		<li>Meet customer satisfaction by getting the average Call Handle Time (CHT) which refers to the time it takes to complete a call;</li>
		<li>Meet or exceed performance and operational efficiency by getting the average handled calls, which refers to the volume of work that a Customer Care Associate/Specialist produces for a particular period of time against the team’s productivity;</li>
		<li>Meet target Resolution Rate, which refers to the percentage of service request resolved versus the total server request handled by Customer Care Associate/ Specialist;</li>
		<li>Maximize revenue by one-call resolution rate, which refers to calls resolved upon initial contact;</li>
		<li>Consolidate all calls received, identifies most common problems and provides the information to the Assistant Manager, Customer Care ;</li>
		<li>Provide support to project-related activities such as migration, maintenance services and weekend special activities and attends project meetings as scheduled;</li>
		<li> Monitor incidents, follow-up resolution and ensures that updates are provided to the client;</li>
		<li>Ensure that investigation and resolution are entered into the Help Desk System;</li>
		<li>Generate and prepare periodic and ad-hoc reports that may be required by Assistant Manager, Customer Care and/or Customer Care Manager; and,</li>
		<li>Perform other job-related tasks that may be assigned by superior/s from time to time.</li>

Customer Care Associate | I.T. Support

	<li>Development, implementation and maintenance of Security Programs, Policies and Procedures</li>
	<li>Supports in the development of applicable globally-accepted standards, guidelines and procedures to achieve compliance to security policies and programs</li>
	<li>Contributes in the formulation and enhancement of the corporate Information Security Policy</li>
	<li>Implements and maintains established information security management program of the company</li>
	<li>Maintains reliability and integrity of the IT infrastructure by developing, implementing and exercising:</li>
	<li>Comprehensive Business Continuity Plan (including documentation of detailed procedures) to help the organization achieve recovery capabilities at an alternate site (Disaster Recovery Center)</li>
	<li>Incident Management Process (including documentation of detailed procedures) how to handle security incidents</li>
	<li>Other security programs in pursuit of new regulatory or legal compliance as authorized and approved by the Management</li>
	<li>Development, implementation and maintenance of IT Risk Management Process for IT Infrastructure</li>
	<li>Assists owners/custodians identify, evaluate, assess and secure their information assets</li>
	<li>Assists in determining the security posture of IT systems, applicability and effectiveness of implemented controls</li>
	<li>Generates and submits compliance and security assessment findings, recommendations and reports to the department manager</li>
	<li>Research and development of applicable controls from emerging security trends and technologies</li>
	<li>Selects, evaluates, recommends security controls</li>
	<li>Monitors and generates reports of the security program implementation, business continuity and recovery testing and activities during security assessments</li>
	<li>Development, implementation and maintenance of Procedural and Technical Security Controls</li>
	<li>Implements recommended security controls resulting from the risk assessment</li>
	<li>Monitors and generates reports of system status, performance and security events of implemented security controls</li>
	<li>Resolves issues arising from problems encountered on implemented security controls and/or escalates to third-party technical support</li>
	<li>Monitors and handles security incidents in accordance to established Incident Management Procedure which may involve coordination with other departments and external parties</li>
	<li>Maintains technical security controls managed by the department by conducting regular maintenance activities not limited to backup of systems</li>
	<li>Develops and maintains processes, procedural documents and up-to-date inventory of deployed and implemented security controls</li>
	<li>Observes and facilitates change management process for equipment, facilities, hardware and software utilized in the IT infrastructure</li>
	<li>Extended Delivery of Security Services (Security Education/Awareness Program, Consultancy and others)</li>
	<li>Supports in the development and conduct of approved information security awareness program to all employees and third-party personnel engaged with the company</li>
	<li>Assists in providing technical consulting services in accordance with approved standards to other departments on matters related to information security</li>
	<li>Assists the department in coordination with the Legal Division to achieve regulatory and legal compliance</li>
	<li>Works with internal and external/third-party auditors and consultants</li>
	<li>Coordinates with other Technical teams so that reliable and secure services are provided to internal and external clients</li>
	<li>Supervises the activities of third-party personnel/consultant whenever they are working on-site</li>
	<li>Regularly attends conferences, professional association meetings and technology seminars to remain well-informed with the latest information security technological developments.</li>
	<li>Performs other job-related tasks and projects that may be assigned by his/her superiors from time to time.</li>
