Role and Opportunity

As a Virtual Sales Closer, (also referred to as an Appointment Setter-Lead Activator), you will:

	<li>Provide fast response – Ensure leads are contacted within 5 minutes of acquisition, keeping momentum and engagement high.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
	<li>Qualify leads- Efficiently filter leads to pass only high-quality prospects to the sales team, improving conversion rates.</li>
	<li>Set appointments – Focus on booking appointments with qualified leads, allowing the sales team to concentrate on closing deals.</li>
	<li>Manage the pipeline – Ensure the diary is full, promptly rescheduling any canceled appointments to maximise conversion opportunities.</li>
</ul>

Your daily tasks will include: 

<ul>
	<li>Contact leads within 5 minutes of acquisition to ensure fast follow-up and keep prospects engaged.</li>
	<li>Qualify leads and ensure high-quality prospects are passed to the sales team.</li>
	<li>Book appointments for the sales team with qualified leads and promptly rescheduling any cancellations.</li>
	<li>Manage the sales pipeline, ensure every opportunity is maximized, and cancellations are rescheduled immediately.</li>
	<li>Conduct proactive follow-up with warm leads, ensuring no opportunities slip through the cracks.</li>
	<li>Work directly within client CRMS or GHL accounts to seamlessly integrate lead management processes.</li>
	<li>Review daily performance metrics and identify areas for improvement, ensuring a focus on results-driven success.</li>
