About the Role

 

 

As an Agency Officer, you are responsible for managing assigned external Accredited Collection Agencies (ACA), which handle collections activities for written-off off accounts allocated by Security Bank. The purpose of this role is to endorse accounts to ACA according to the Endorsement Matrix, ensure ACA compliance with standards and procedures and ensure that the KPIs for each assigned ACA are met.

 

How You’ll Contribute

	<li>Manage the endorsement of written-off accounts to their assigned ACAs, ensuring compliance with the ACA Endorsement Matrix.</li>

Supervises a Team of Enterprise Risk Managers to ensure team performance is at par with expectations and overall strategy of Corporate Banking and the Bank. Evaluates an assigned company according to the inherent risks and opportunities that the Bank may be able to undertake. Recommends the appropriate facilities and level of business that the Bank may be able to undertake with said company.

Enterprise Risk Evaluation Team Head

Responsible for timely procurement of items needed by the Bank in its day to day operations at optimum cost consistent with quality, quantity and specifications. The function includes the following:

Enterprise Risk Specialist

As a Sales Officer, you are responsible for generating the target revenue by offering or delivering the financial services or products to the MSME customers either thru sourcing of own leads and/or working with brokers accredited by Business Banking and Home Loans and agents accredited by SBF. The role requires organizing visibility of all touchpoints, closely engaging the brokers to maximize their referrals, and tracking their production in line with the Bank’s reward system for Brokers in general. The responsibility also includes giving BetterBanking quality of service to the Brokers’ clients for opportunities to expand relationships sans the Broker involvement.

How you'll contribute

	<li>Sells the Bank’s MSME products thru the different broker groups within the Bank to meet monthly sales targets. Ensures proper execution, pre-screening/KYC, and closing of transactions for the brokers’ clients. </li>
	<li>Implements marketing programs, showcases, sales blitzes, and other campaigns. Leads the cadence for the Broker Awarding events and ensures the Business Banking Support Team tracks the production of the Brokers for the rewards.</li>

As a Taxation Lead, you will develop strategic tax planning and formulate tax saving measures and initiatives for the Bank and its subsidiaries. You will coordinate with other units/departments for correspondences with the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) such as submission of periodic reportorial requirements, handling of outstanding Letters of Authority or Tax Verification Notices and conducting regular tax compliance review for the Bank and its subsidiaries.
