Under the supervision of the Organization Design and Development Section Head, the HR Officer will assist in designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating organization design and development projects for the University.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

I. University-wide Organization Profiling

The Program Head for Organizational Sustainability is responsible for the overall leadership and management of the Organizational Sustainability (OS) Program.
