The Program Officer for Formation II is part of a self-managed team (SMT) and reports directly to the Executive Director.

S/he collaborates closely with his/her teammates for his/her tasks, and consults with PO for Program Support to ensure proper development and efficient implementation of the program for their assigned year level.

 

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

I. Program Management

<ul>
	<li>Conduct home visits and student interviews for intake of program participants </li>

The Quezon City Polytechnic was created on March 1, 1994 by virtue of the City Council Ordinance No. SP-171 an institution to primarily undertake the training and development of qualified technicians and skilled workers.

The Three-Year Technician Curriculum was introduced in the SY 1994-1995 designed to develop highly competent technicians for industry in the areas of Automotive Technology, Electrical Technology, Welding Technology, Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning Technology, and Fashion Technology. Summary of Work Activities and Responsibilities: 
The Senior Digital Communications Officer is responsible for leading the 
day-to-day creation and curation of content for the University's digital communications channels and assets.

 
Reporting directly to the Digital Communications Head, the SDCO does this by ensuring that the digital marketing and communications content plans are implemented in a timely, strategic, and efficient manner, in support of the institution's strategic goals and in line with Ateneo de Manila mission and identity.

 
Main Duties and Responsibilities 
I. Leads content creation and curation for the University's digital communications 
channels and assets, upon guidance of the Digital Communications Head.

	<li>Leads other Digital Communications Officers and the Creative Services team in creating creative and compelling content for the University’s various digital platforms.</li>
	<li>Manages the day-to-day operations of the University’s main social media assets and internal communications channels.</li>
	<li>Coordinates with Central Administration offices regarding day-to-day content and communications needs. Ensures all public communications from Central Administration offices are published and disseminated in the appropriate channels.</li>
	<li>Manages queries on Ateneo’s public chat and email channels under Marketing, replying and assigning to the appropriate personnel or office such queries.</li>
	<li>Moderates comments posted on its social media channels.</li>
</ul>

II. Monitors day-to-day performance and compliance of content across the main 
institutional digital communications channels.

	<li>Monitors and assesses key performance indicators for the visibility, engagement, and growth of the University’s digital communications platforms, as cascaded by the Digital Communications Head.</li>
	<li>Updates and monitors UMC content plans and calendars, ensuring that major events and activities are properly published and promoted on appropriate platforms.</li>
	<li>As a content manager and editor of ateneo website, ensures website content is timely; accurate; compliant with editorial and institutional communications standards; accessible to the target audiences; and organized and archived properly for digital institutional memory.</li>
	<li>Recommends to the Digital Communications Head and the Schools Marketing and Communications Officers improvements or tweaks to content, processes and policies based on analysis of the performance of the digital communications platforms.</li>
</ul>

III. Acts as a partner to offices and staff across the University for digital 
communications needs.

	<li>Coordinates with the Digital Communications Head and the Schools Marketing and Communications Officers regarding digital communications content, strategy, and policy implementation.</li>
	<li>Advises, assists, and supports clients and partners within Ateneo de Manila in their marketing and communications needs, based on their specific needs and audiences.</li>
