Operations Specialist

Join zennya Health, a tech startup that provides wellness and medical services directly to our clients' homes. We are looking for a motivated and tech-savvy Operations Specialist who is passionate about using technology to enhance customer experiences.

About the Role:

As an Operations Specialist, you will play an important role in making sure daily tasks run smoothly, improving how we work, and ensuring great interactions with our customers. This role gives you a unique chance to help develop our in-house software, find patterns, solve problems, and make valuable suggestions to improve our systems. If you are tech-savvy, eager to learn, and enjoy finding creative solutions, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Resolve customer issues by identifying problems, researching solutions, and providing clear, concise guidance.

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and support documentation for upper management.

Collaborate with our tech team to evaluate system issues and recommend enhancements

Provide support to customers for technical issues related to our app, guiding them to successful resolutions.

Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and suggest innovative solutions.

Due to the rapid growth of the company, we are in urgent need of a Medical &amp; General Operations Specialist.

The role requires a combination of organizational skills, communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a dynamic operational environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

Customer &amp; Partner Assistance 

<ul>
	<li>Provide assistance to customers and business partners through various communication channels (phone, chat, email).</li>
	<li>Address customer &amp; partner inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally.</li>
	<li>Offer guidance on app features, services, and troubleshooting.</li>
</ul>

Field Staff Support

<ul>
	<li>Assist field staff (healthcare professionals, wellness experts) with onboarding processes, job matching, and ongoing support.</li>
	<li>Act as a liaison between field staff and internal teams, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.</li>
</ul>

Driver Assistance

<ul>
	<li>Support drivers by addressing queries, providing information on routes, and assisting with any operational challenges.</li>
	<li>Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize driver schedules and routes.</li>
</ul>

Job Monitoring

<ul>
	<li>Monitor and track the status of all ongoing operations and jobs through the app's platform.</li>
	<li>Ensure that jobs are progressing smoothly and intervene as necessary to address any delays or issues.</li>
</ul>

Operational Efficiency

<ul>
	<li>Work to enhance operational efficiency by identifying bottlenecks, streamlining processes, and implementing improvements.</li>
	<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices for overall operations.</li>
</ul>

Communication

<ul>
	<li>Facilitate clear communication between service providers, customers, field staff, and internal teams.</li>
	<li>Relay important information, updates, and changes in operational procedures.</li>
</ul>

Documentation:

<ul>
	<li>Maintain accurate and organized documentation related to operations, including how-to guides and incident reports.</li>
</ul>

Problem Resolution:

<ul>
	<li>Address and resolve operational issues promptly, working collaboratively with different stakeholders to find effective solutions.</li>
	<li>Implement preventive measures to reduce the recurrence of common issues.</li>
</ul>

Performance Metrics:

<ul>
	<li>Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of operations.</li>
</ul>

Feedback Collection:

<ul>
	<li>Collect feedback from customers, service providers, and staff to identify areas for improvement.</li>
	<li>Use feedback to make data-driven solutions for enhancing the user experience.</li>
