Primary Responsibilities

<ul>
	<li>Design, develop, test and deploy customisations, scripts and new functionality for the NetSuite solution implemented on Suitescript 1 and 2 based on evolving business needs. </li>
	<li>Administer, maintain and progressively enhance the NetSuite solution customisations to improve operational efficiency and user satisfaction.</li>
	<li>Troubleshoot application and script issues, recommending and delivering suitable solutions.</li>
	<li>Collaborate in defining project scopes and objectives impacting the NetSuite solution bundle, working in tandem with the team to achieve project goals.</li>
	<li>Write and maintain documentation, including technical specifications, testing plans, and deployment procedures.</li>
	<li>Adopt an agile approach, utilising agile methodologies such as the Scrum framework.</li>
	<li>Improve the quality of delivered code by adhering to development style guides and providing recommendations to the CTO for enhancements in SDLC practices.</li>
	<li>Provide ongoing 2nd level technical support.</li>
	<li>Report to the Team Lead and and work closely with internal Tech Team and business stakeholders based in Perth, Melbourne and Sydney, Australia and Philippines.</li>
	<li>Coordinate with worldwide third-party partners, where required, for the development and support of business solutions.</li>
