Accountant Jr. Associate  

What Will You Do:

• Prepare monthly and annual closing activities.
• Record various types of entries into the general ledger in preparation for financial statements.
• Prepare revenue and cost calculations for weekly meetings and monthly closings.
• Generate analysis reports to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to policies and procedures.
• Maintain accounting controls as directed by the supervisor.
• Prepare weekly reports, including unbilled revenue, to monitor completed but unbilled income.
• Assist the supervisor in reviewing unusual balances or discrepancies in financial reports.
• Archive all accounting data, including financial reports, documents, notary deeds, etc.
• Assist the supervisor in preparing data for annual audits and other financial inspections.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

What Will You Need to Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in an accounting role and experience working in a consulting firm are preferable.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, ERPnext) and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Knowledge of basic office procedures and administrative tasks.
