Assisting in writing copies for captions, CTAs, and terms and conditions for promotions

Assist in planning & creating engaging content across various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.).

Draft captions, posts, and stories that align with the brand's voice and objectives.

Monitor social media accounts for engagement, including comments, likes, shares, and direct messages and providing insights and recommendations based on data to optimize content and strategy.

Creating a standardized response for customers’ inquiries in social media in a timely manner
Minimum Qualifications
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and platform updates relevant to the fintech industry.
- Preferably not camera-shy
- Experience/skills in documentation are a plus point
- Good time management and communication skill
- Final year university students or fresh graduates are welcome
