Job Description
- Check on regular basis the building and common area
- Repairs damaged facilities as required by the superior
- Prepares materials for civil/ carpentry or painting works
- Measure, cut, or shape wood, plastic, and other materials
- Inspect and replace damaged framework or other structures and fixtures
- Instruct and direct laborers and other construction helpers
Minimum Qualifications
- Preferably Male
- High School, Vocational, College level or equivalent
- With experience as Carpenter or Painter
