Job Description

Kesadaran nasabah yang semakin tinggi akan pentingnya pengelolaan keuangan menjadi peluang bagi BCA untuk memperkuat bisnisnya. Untuk itu BCA membutuhkan professional muda berpengalaman yang memiliki ketertarikan terhadap perkembangan ekonomi dan investasi untuk bergabung di Wealth Management Program dengan pendidikan yang berlangsung selama 1 tahun.

Lulusan Wealth Management Program akan ditempatkan sebagai karyawan tetap di kantor cabang BCA. Mereka akan bertanggung jawab untuk menawarkan dan mendukung pemenuhan total solusi perbankan, khususnya solusi investasi keuangan kepada nasabah. Selain itu, lulusan Wealth Management Program juga dapat berperan dalam melakukan edukasi investasi di kantor cabang BCA baik kepada sesama karyawan BCA serta nasabah, sehingga dapat mendukung pencapaian target cabang dari produk investasi.

Minimum Qualifications

Min. Sarjana S1 degan IPK Min. 3,00
Usia maksimal 24 tahun (S1), dan 26 tahun (S2)
Memiliki ketertarikan dan passion terhadap investasi/ wealth management
Mampu berbahasa inggris secara lisan dan tulisan
Memiliki analytical thinking dan problem solving yang baik
Memiliki kemampuan intrapersonal dan interpersonal yang baik
Memiliki keinginan belajar yang tinggi
Memiliki keinginan untuk mencapai target secara optimal
Belum dan bersedia tidak menikah selama masa pendidikan 1 tahun
Bersedia menjalani ikatan dinas selama 2 tahun
