Your roles - day-to-day responsibilities:
- Actively search and prospect new potential clients.
- Perform outbound introduction calls to prospects.
- Setting appointments with potential clients.
- Understand potential client business needs. - Liaise with the decision-maker and match BCI's services that fit their business.
- Consistently achieve key performance indicators (KPI) & meet Sales targets monthly.
- Manage all sales activities through the company CRM system.
- Participate in company events/activities as required.
- Any ad-hoc task assigns from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications
The ideal consultant to join our team!
- Ideally, you have around 3-4 years of Corporate Sales experience.
- Business to Business is a great fit but not a limitation.
- Determined and be ready to face sales challenges.
- Result-oriented and open to learning new skills.
- Experience in construction or building materials industries will be added advantage.
- Amenable to work in Makati on full onsite arrangement.
