Job Description
- Gathering data from multiple sources, including databases and reports
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for various stakeholders
- Assist in the preparation of periodic and ad hoc forecasts and annual budgets.
- Prepare monthly commission calculations, build commission computation models
- Deliver timely and accurate management reports and effective KPI reporting in agreed templates.
- Assist with forward view projections, interpret financial results and variances to budget and forecasts.
- Assist with the preparation of routine and ad hoc analysis of financial and non-financial data.
- Develop dashboards to facilitate the analysis and presentation of financial data
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as a Junior Financial Planning Analyst, Junior Business Analyst, or a similar role
- budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis skillset is favourable
- Strong communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- A high degree of attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work with minimum supervision with the day-to-day tasks
- Proven advanced Excel skills
- Fluent in English both verbal and written
- Exposure to SaaS financial and non-financial KPIs and metrics is a bonus
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a bonus
