- Melakukan penagihan dengan cara bernegosiasi secara efektif dan efisien untuk kontrak dengan keterlambatan pembayaran 1-90 hari.
- Melakukan monitoring terkait dengan pemberian SP kepada konsumen untuk mereminder kepada debitur untuk segera melakukan pembayaran.
- Melakukan visit ke rumah konsumen, interaksi dengan konsumen, penagihan atau janji bayar serta menginput collection activity (LKH) dengan menggunakan Mobile Apps Application.
- Menjalankan strategi individu sesuai collection activity untuk pencapaian KPI yang sudah ditentukan oleh atasan (Spv/Head).
Minimum Qualifications
Berusia 30 tahun.
- Pendidikan min D3.
- Fresh graduate dipersilahkan melamar.
- Pengalaman menjadi kolektor lebih disukai.
- Menyukai pekerjaan lapangan.
- Memiliki kendaraan pribadi dan SIM A/C.
- Bersedia ditempatkan di Depok/Jaksel/Cibubur
