Job Description

  • Menjalankan proses penagihan dan penanganan nasabah yang di mappingkan dengan menggunakan channel penagihan sesuai ketentuan agar debitur melakukan pembayaran.
  • Membuat perencanaan harian atas penanganan Nasabah yang di mappingkan.
  • Menjalankan penagihan yang efektif sesuai dengan Strategi dan Kualitas penagihan yang berdampak pada kualitas portofolio sesuai dengan target yang ditetapkan.
  • Mencapai target produktivitas harian & bulanan sesuai dengan yang ditentukan oleh perusahaan.
  • Memberikan update hasil kunjungan dan mencatat setiap hasil kunjungan dalam Laporan Hasil Kunjungan Nasabah (untuk Field Collector).
  • Melakukan komunikasi yang baik dengan Nasabah sesuai standar yang berlaku

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum pendidikan D3 untuk semua penjurusan.
  • Mempunyai pengalaman min 1 tahun sebagai Desk/Field Collector.
  • Mempunyai Negotiation Skill dan Communication Skill yang baik.
  • Bertanggung jawab dan pekerja keras.
  • Bisa bekerja dalam target-oriented.
  • Bersedia ditempatkan di seluruh Indonesia.
