SUMMARY

Responsible for loading galley equipment onto a truck, driving the truck to various types of aircraft for loading/offloading the On board sales and should be accomplished according to customer guidelines while adhering to quality, security, and safety regulations.

• Load and offload Buy on Board, Merchandise, equipment, Inflight Catering supplies and merchandise, crew meals, and Pre-order/Fare bundle meals.
  • Ensure that no flights will be delayed to incomplete loading.
• Monitor validity of vehicle registrations, permits, stickers, safety requirements, and MIAA permits are current and available in the vehicles and high loader/s at all times.
  • Ensure that it’ll be renewed at least 60 days prior expiration date.
• Prepare complete equipment and supplies for flights of the next shift based on the quantity indicated in the checklist.
• Provide complete records of outgoing BOB, Merchandise Kits, and Official Receipts daily.
• Accomplish all accountable forms related to dispatch and receiving of BOB, Merchandise, equipment, supplies, and Official Receipts daily.
• Receive Buy on Board and Merchandise items fromCabin Crew. Ensure all trolleys are securely sealed.
• Observe and enforce proper use and preventive maintenance checks, including gasoline replenishment of Catering vehicles and high loader/s.
• Comply with safety standards at all times especially with regard to the Aircraft Movement Area (AMA) restrictions.
• Report any incident and/or accidents, losses, and damages of equipment and/or supplies immediately.
• Clean and maintain equipment, supplies, and storage areas, including vehicles and high loader/s daily.
• Load UPK/medical blanket and ensure that it will be stowed in its specific location.
  • Replenish as needed and report missing and used UPK/ Medical Blanket per flight for record and control.
• Provide complete and accurate checklist forms for each flight.
• Conduct 360 Daily Check of assigned Catering Service Vehicle prior assuming of duty.
• Monitor expiry of LTO driver’s license, GREO and AMA permits.
  • Ensure that it will be renewed at least 60 days prior expiration date.
• Accomplish a Daily Shift Report and submit to Supervisor, Catering, and Inflight Sales.
• Conduct inventory count of equipment and supplies, as well as Buy on Board for Pre and Post flight endorsement to Cabin Crew.
• Make sure always ask query to DO about operation such as additional meals/aircraft charges.
• Replenish seat pocket amenities for the first wave and terminating flights.
• Actively participate in the promotion of quality and safety by complying with regulatory requirements, government laws, and acceptable industry standards, ISO 9001:2008 Standards as well as company policies and procedures.
  • Report all hazards identified in the workplace and any incidents, accidents, or injuries which may occur.

• At least a Bachelor's/College degree in any field.
• At least 2-3 years of driving experience.
• Willing to work in Clark, Pampanga.
• Preferably has license with 123 restrictions.
