Job Description
- Menangani kebutuhan administrasi murid di WhatsApp dan Instagram
- Membagi grup kelas, mengirim buku ke siswa, dan membuat folder rekaman pembelajaran
- Menangani komplain dari siswa
- Melakukan input data siswa
- Menindaklanjuti secara khusus siswa yang belum melakukan pembayaran
- Melakukan broadcast penawaran secara berkala
- Menjalin komunikasi dengan murid aktif dan nonaktif, serta tutor ElevaU
Minimum Qualifications
- Pendidikan minimal D3
- Memahami bahasa Inggris lebih disukai
- Memahami tools Whatsapp dan Instagram
- Mampu mengoperasikan Google Workspace
- Memiliki kemampuan berkomunikasi yang fun dan tertata dengan baik
- Mampu bekerja secara individu maupun berkelompok
