- Manage and maintain both electronic and physical files in an organized and secure manner
- Record daily administrative tasks and ensure proper filing and documentation, whether in physical or electronic format
- Regularly update inventory records of available supplies and materials and submit requests for replenishment as needed
- Prepare and distribute newsletters using online marketing platforms, ensuring timely delivery and content accuracy
- Update and maintain files and reports, including Fund Snapshots and related documents, ensuring consistency and accuracy
- Regularly update content on Fund Source's website, including key documents such as Fund Fact Sheets and Fund Snapshots, to ensure information is current
- Perform additional administrative and related tasks as assigned to support overall team operations
Minimum Qualifications
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, with a strong understanding of its key applications
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally
- Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in task management
- Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously with minimal supervision and meeting deadlines effectively
- Reliable, dedicated, and goal-oriented, consistently striving for high-quality outcomes
- Collaborative team player with exceptional organizational abilities and a proactive work approach
- Must be willing to work on-site at the Ortigas, Pasig City office
