Job Description
- Plan, execute, optimize, and manage Digital Marketing campaigns across various platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and Google Ads.
- Identify the latest advertising trends and keywords affecting the industry.
- Manage analytics tools implementation on websites and campaigns.
- Analyze Digital Marketing performance, insight, and trends.
- Compile and manage comprehensive digital marketing reports to present in monthly meetings.
- Optimize website content for Search Engine (SEO) to increase Conversion Rate across all commsult websites.
- Work on international environment and collaborate with global teams to develop communication strategies for the company's products and services.
- Gain an in-depth understanding of the company’s product and services including its market landscape.
- Being able to align with the company’s communication strategy.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
- Notable experience with digital campaign platforms; Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Facebook Meta (Instagram Ads).
- Good understanding of Digital Marketing concepts; SEO, SEM, content marketing, and or backlink.
- Notable experience with analytics tools; Google Analytics and Hotjar.
- Strong analytical and reasoning skills, especially in relation to numbers.
- Comfortable with the technical aspects of marketing.
- Willingness to work from the office (BSD, Tangerang Selatan).
