- Assist in installing and configuring computer hardware, operating systems, and applications.
- Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
- Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and resolving hardware/software faults.
- Provide technical support to employees (onsite and remote) by responding to IT-related inquiries.
- Help set up new users’ accounts, profiles, and manage password-related issues.
- Support IT team members in responding to service requests within agreed time limits.
- Work on assigned IT support tasks until completion or escalate to senior staff if needed.
- Prioritize and manage multiple open cases at a time.
- Establish good working relationships with employees and other IT professionals.
- Conduct tests and evaluations of new technology as needed.
- Perform electrical safety checks on computer equipment.
Minimum Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of IT operating systems (Windows, Mac, Linux).
- Familiarity with computer hardware, networking, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn new technologies.
