Job Description
- Menghitung pekerjaan sipil dan furniture
- Menghitung BoQ dan nilai project
- Menerjemahkan gambar kerja dari AutoCAD dan/atau SketchUp
- Mengumpulkan dan mencatat informasi material & biaya tenaga kerja
- Mengevaluasi daftar harga untuk optimalisasi biaya dan harga eceran
Minimum Qualifications
- Min. Lulusan S1 dari Arsitektur, Design Interior, atau Teknik Sipil
- Memiliki min. 1 tahun pengalaman di survey kuantitas, interior, konstruksi, atau sipil
- Memiliki pengetahuan di area Interior dan Furniture menjadi nilai plus
- Detail dan dapat bekerja dalam tim
- Mampu berkomunikasi secara lisan dan tulisan dengan baik
- Memiliki kemampuan adaptasi yang baik dan cepat
- Bersedia untuk bekerja di hari libur nasional atau weekend bila diperlukan
