- To achieve and deliver assigned Sales and Marketing objectives. Achieve assigned sales & marketing objectives.
- To Develop an Efficient, Motivated and Committed Sales organization appropriate to the Company's requirement. Develop & maintain an efficient
- To Insure achievement of MD Call Target & Performance. Encourage MRS visibility with the customers through attainment of high call rate performance
- To ensure proper implementation of all Sales, Marketing and Promotions Programs.
- Effectively/efficiently implement agreed Sales & Marketing programs.
- To take the lead in developing self and his direct reports. This is with the sole purpose of elevating the DMS professional level to that of the best in the industry.
- Foster & encourage a learning environment to attain professionalism at the MRs level.
- To regularly liase w/ distributor to insure proper and efficient distribution of DSPI products in identified channels.
- Identify & liaise with distributor for proper & efficient channel management.
- To provide "Upper Management" with accurate and timely report on the business environment and Personnel related matters w/in his area of responsibility. Provide regular & timely marketing update & recommendations.
- To manage and allocate marketing and tactical resources effectively and efficiently
- To ensure achievement of the company's sales and profit targets.
Minimum Qualifications
- College Graduate
- With experience as Medical Representative and 5 years as District Manager.
- Handled Womens Health product
- Has a good track record of performance as Medical Representative and District Manager
- Good interpersonal and people skills
- Possesses Leadership capability
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Good in written and oral communication
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Goal oriented, customer oriented, self-motivated
- Pleasing personality
