Job Description
- Sales Onboarding: Assist with the OJT assignment and onboarding of new sales team members. Provide guidance on tools, systems, and mapping areas
- Sales Support: Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, such as processing incentives, Allowances, and campaign rewards and also creating SOP for daily, monthly scheduling
- Sales Documentation: Create and maintain sales-related documentation, including onboarding, assignment, and reassignment of sales areas
- Sales Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, such as HR, finance, and marketing, to ensure effective communication and coordination of sales activities
- Sales Administration: Perform general administrative tasks to support the sales team, such as creating OJT /Assignment letter
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimul bachelor's degree in any field.
- 3+ years experience in a sales administration or sales support role.
- Proficient in using tools and MS Office Suite.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze sales data and generate reports.
- Familiarity with sales processes, documentation, and terminology.
