- Filling in and bringing documents to government offices like BIR, City Hall, SEC etc.
- Going to establishments for payments such as banks.
- Ensure that packages, documents and messages are delivered in a time efficient manner.
- Buy office supplies, cleaning materials, food and other else as needed.
- Take stock of supplies and manage correlating inventory.
- Additional task of maintaining cleanliness in the office through:
- Cleaning rooms and corridors.
- Emptying trash receptacles and ensuring that they are cleaned properly from the inside.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must possess at least a High School Diploma/ Vocational Diploma/ Short Course Certificate, any field.
- Male, preferably below 28 years old
- At least (1) one year experience in general work (e.g. housekeeping, driver, dispatch, messenger etc.) is a plus.
- Hardworking, honest, reliable, organized, patient, respectful and street smart
- Can easily follow instructions and multitask.
- Has initiative to perform task and work with minimal supervision.
- Willing to start immediately.
