Marketing Associate  

We are looking for a talented Marketing Associate to join our dynamic and growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing and a creative mindset to help drive our marketing efforts. As a Marketing Associate, you will assist in the marketing campaigns and executions of many of the leading amusement parks, entertainment venues, and event organizers in the Philippines.

HelixPay is launching top-tier marketing solutions aimed at boosting ticket sales & revenues to premier events and venues nationwide. In line with this initiative, we are assembling a strong event marketing team at HelixPay, and you have the opportunity to be one of its pioneers. You will help handle end-to-end marketing strategy and executions for digital marketing, influencer & partnership marketing, and other types of strategic marketing executions as needed. We are looking for someone who is an “all-around” marketer and is comfortable working across multiple strategies.

As a Marketing Associate you will play a crucial role in executing our marketing strategies and driving additional revenue through the sale of ticket ad banner spots to agencies and brands.

Responsibilities

• Create digital marketing initiatives to drive traffic, engagement, and sales;
• Prepare sales materials and presentations for potential clients;
• Assist in planning, developing, implementing, and optimizing paid media campaigns to achieve our clients' sales targets;
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities;
• Create and manage content for various marketing channels, including social media, email, and websites;
• Collaborate with the Client Support team on building community engagement on social media platforms and ensure that all queries are answered;
• Coordinate with design teams to produce quality promotional materials;
• Create reports with data obtained for regular updates on content performance;
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency;
• Actively sell ticket ad banner spots to agencies and brands to generate additional revenue for the company and our clients.

• An individual who has knowledge in crafting omnichannel marketing strategies with hands-on experience in campaign management;

• Someone with digital media buying experience (ideally across platforms: Meta, Google, TikTok, and LinkedIn) is a plus;

• Someone who is strategic and analytical;

• Has passion for great story-telling that combines creativity with data;

• Open to recent graduates with no prior experience.
