Job Description
- Assist in daily Accounting operations including accounts payalbe, accounts receivable, general ledger and payroll.
- Accomplish monthly reports (including budget and forecast updates) thru Hakuhodo's Management Consolidated System (HFM)
- Prepare quarterly supporting schedules for BIR submission such as SLSP, SAWT and QAP
- Provide correct and real-time bills entry in Xero accounting system based on the supporting documents
- Assist Senior Manager and Comptroller, as necessary
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is preferable.
- At least 4 years of accounting experience.
- Excellent knowledge of accounting processes
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Accounting software
- Analytical skills with detail orientation
- Equipped with good analytical and problem–solving skills
- Commendable oral and written communication skills
