Garment In House Q.C.  

At the end of Training Course, you will be able to:

1. Have a strong eye for detail and a thorough understanding of fabric materials and manufacturing processes
2. To identify and address any issues with garments, whether they be defects or inconsistencies in color and texture.
3. To ensure quality standards are met.
4. Accomplish QC cycle of a factory/Subcon by controlling samples; follow up materials production in-house status, control materials in-house testing, organize PP meeting, cutting permission, inspection, reporting & record keeping.
5. Maintain the needed quality requirements throughout the production processes strictly following the buyer specifications.
6. Conduct In-line Audit, an in-process audit in sewing, finishing, and packing.
7. Monitor the whole quality process of the assigned Subcon.

1. A Bachelor degree/ College Level or with hands-on experience in garment production and quality control is advantage.
2. Proficient in using measuring devices. Such as meters and capable of accurately reading measurements in centimetres.
