Job Description
- Monitors PR calendar and assists in the planning, development, and execution of media and marketing events. Conducts post-evaluation of the activities and submits status reports.
- Assists in the development of PR materials (e.g. brochures, pamphlets, newsletters, and videos) and distributes the approved materials to internal and external recipients.
- Supports media relations and regularly updates the database of media contacts and publications.
- Collaborates with Advertising, Sales, and After Sales teams in creating engaging press releases of new products and sales and after sales promotions.
- Conducts market research analysis to identify trends, market opportunities, or competitor content.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of Mass Communication, Organizational Communication, Journalism, or any related course.
- With at least 2 years of work experience in Public Relations and events management (e.g., product launch; trade events, etc.); experience in the automotive industry is an advantage.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and planning skills; able to handle and prioritize multiple events and campaigns.
- With an exceptional degree of creativity, resourcefulness and analytical skills.
