Job Description
- Maintain and organize hard copies of receipts, vouchers, and other important documents as may be deemed necessary.
- Completely and neatly encode aforementioned documents.
- Occasionally take on secretarial jobs such as answering and transferring phone calls, making inquiries to government agencies, sending emails, and photocopying and printing of documents.
- Maintain paper and electronic filing systems for records and messages.
- Provide secretarial and administrative support to management and other staff.
Minimum Qualifications
- Computer Literate
- A graduate of any 4-year course
