Job Description

1. Deliver new features following sprint timings.
a. Work with the Employee Experience squad throughout the sprint lifecycle
b. Provide initial technical input during sprint planning / workshops
c. Build the stories finalized during sprint planning
d. Address bugs reported during testing
e. Work with ServiceNow platform owner to deploy changes to UAT and to production.
2. Ensure stability of features already in production.
a. Resolve incident tickets reported by users in production within SLA.

3. Keep abreast on new technologies
a. Check up on the latest updates on the ServiceNow platform, float ideas to the squad when new platform functionality can be used.
b. Be open to learn tangential technologies like low code app development (Mendix), data analytics (PowerBI), or API management (Mulesoft)

Minimum Qualifications

• At least College Graduate with preference for Computer Science or related course

• Fresh graduates with ServiceNow internship experience are welcome to apply

• Two to three years of development experience on the ServiceNow platform; ITSM, Service Catalog, Service Portal, Flow Designer, Knowledge management.

• Experience on API-based integrations preferable

• Experience on web development, low code app development good but not required
