Job Description
As a Business Operations Associate, you'll be supporting both the internal and external Operations teams with talent fulfillment, documentation, and other administrative or project tasks that the internal and external Operations teams need. A successful Business Operations Associate should be highly organized and have a versatile skill set to support a variety of different business functions with a diverse range of tasks. The position will offer significant opportunities for exposure to executive-level decision making.

- Talent Fulfillment
- Qualify & assess client recruitment and people operations needs.
- Assist in external recruitment by sourcing, short-listing and interviewing candidates.
- Manage Kalibrr Talent Search accounts on the platform by maintaining great candidate experience and employer brand.
- Manage and coordinate with clients for progress and improvement of different hiring requisitions.
- People Operations
- Prepare onboarding kits, collect employment requirements, and conduct new hire onboarding sessions.
- Assist the People Operations Manager in creating and implementing People Operation processes and systems.
- Prepare Payroll instructions and other confidential information including final pay.
- Plan and execute engagement projects across the organization to ensure a great employee experience.
- Provide quality support to the People Ops team by handling requests and ensuring the employee’s needs are met.
- Monitors employee regularization, performance evaluations, work anniversaries, promotions, lateral movements, birthdays, and resignations.
- Ensure that employee 201 file is accurate and updated including employment data.
- Handles offboarding process.
- Other tasks that would be relevant to the People Operations Team.
- Relationship Management
- Collaborate with clients in solving talent and people operations gaps to achieve success in hiring and maintaining employees.
- Monitor and manage client fulfillment of their payroll and other legal obligations.
- Business Operations
- Draft and proofread contracts and legal documents for internal and external purposes.
- Create business performance reports, dashboards, and data management and help to come up with business strategies on a regular basis.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of Psychology, Management, Communications Technology, or any management-related course
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills
- Detail-oriented with strong problem solving skills
- Strong project management skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced work environment
