Job Description
- Proses administrasi rekrutmen tenaga pemasaran untuk setiap kanal distribusi
- Mempersiapkan perjanjian keagenan dengan tenaga pemasaran untuk berbagai jenjang dari setiap kanal distribusi
- Proses administrasi pemasaran seperti proses perhitungan premi ke aktuaria dan persiapan proposal penawaran
- Memproses administrasi terkait pengajuan nota teknik dan penerbitan polis
- Proses administrasi terkait promosi, demosi, mutasi dan terminasi tenaga pemasaran.
- Memproses memo pengajuan biaya perjalanan dinas marketing
- Melaksanakan proses administrasi Lisensi Keagenan melalui Asosiasi Asuransi Jiwa Indonesia (AAJI) dan Asosiasi Asuransi Syariah Indonesia (AASI).
- Pembuatan surat penawaran produk dan surat keluar lainnya
- Memproses pengajuan cetak karcis wisata dan pengadaan barang lainnya
- Memproses dan merekap data produksi, pembayaran biaya partisipasi wisata terkait dengan Kerjasama dengan KSDAE Kementerian Kehutanan
- Pengajuan memo biaya kebutuhan marketing dan reminder
Minimum Qualifications
- Lulusan minimal SMA/SMK sederajat
- Familiar dengan aplikasi Microsoft Office dan Google Workspace
- Pengalaman dalam proses administrasi Lisensi Keagenan melalui AAJI dan AASI merupakan nilai plus
- Keterampilan komunikasi yang baik dan kemampuan bekerja sama dengan berbagai pemangku kepentingan internal dan eksternal.
