Junior IT Project Manager  

Developing new project plans in consultation with stakeholders, including clients and staff

Evaluating each project’s effectiveness by consulting with clients, consumers, and staff

Understand the project scope, budget, duration and create the project requirements needed to complete the project

Schedule and conduct project meetings to communicate the team members roles, project expectations, and deliverables and ensure the project team has the tools and training required to perform the project’s task

Monitor the projects regularly to evaluate the progress, quality, management issues emerging, and any events that might cause a delay in project completion

Maintain all the quality documents and data to ensure project integrity is enhanced

Develop project plans and enhance adherence to the project plans to ensure project quality is maintained

Identify project risks and prepare risk mitigation measures to enhance full utilization of project resources

Create project objectives, budgets and schedules with the senior project manager’s oversight

Delegate tasks and resources to ensure the project is delivered according to plan

Monitor and document project progress to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery

Report project results to clients and management

Assist head of customer program management with clerical tasks as requested

Having an experience min 6 month as Project Manager or the same field

In-depth knowledge of project management and development procedures

Excellent organizational and time-management skills

Attention to details

Proactive problem solver

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Be a good team player and an effective leader who is able to motivate their project team

Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills

Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
