Job Description
- Mencari calon tenant baru
- Merekomendasikan calon tenant dan lokasi tenant
- Menyiapkan dan melakukan presentasi proposal penawaran kepada calon tenant
- Merekomendasikan relayout/relokasi tenant
- Menyiapkan administrasi fitting out, proses fitting out, sampai dengan pembukaan tenant
Minimum Qualifications
- Pendidikan minimal S1 semua jurusan
- Memiliki pengalaman di bidang retail property atau merchandising
- Memiliki kemampuan dalam komunikasi dan negosiasi yang baik
- Mampu mengoperasikan Ms. Office (Ms. Power Point, Ms. Excel, Ms. Word)
- Memiliki kemampuan analytical thinking yang baik
- Memiliki sertifikat vaksin Covid-19 (vaksin booster)
