- Manage the acquisition process of light novels and manga, including research, negotiation, and contracts.
- Handle all correspondence and maintain strong working relationships with Japanese counterparts to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Work closely with the General Manager (GM) to coordinate key activities, ensuring alignment with company goals and strategies.
- Oversee the execution of acquisition agreements, tracking timelines and deliverables.
- Organize meetings, prepare necessary documentation, and maintain detailed records of all acquisition processes.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferably in Business, Literature, or related areas).
- Fluency in both Japanese and English (written and spoken) is essential.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Proven experience in acquisitions, licensing, or international business relations is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate across teams.
