Job Description
- Mengikuti serangkaian pelatihan inclass, on the job, dan penempatan
- Mempelajari kegiatan operasional perusahaan
- Mempelajari berbagai fungsi pengelolaan SDM serta praktek & kebijakan yang berdampak pada bisnis perusahaan
- Terlibat dalam pengerjaan dan presentasi hasil proyek
- Memahami cara melakukan evaluasi kinerja
Minimum Qualifications
- Latar belakang pendidikan min. S1 jurusan Psikologi, Hukum, Teknik Industri dan Managemen
- IPK min 3.0
- Bersedia ikatan dinas selama 5 thn
- Bersedia penempatan di seluruh Site (Jakarta, Bandung, Surabaya, Cikarang, Purwakarta)
