Job Description
- Deliver excellent customer service at all times
- Deal with all inquiries in a professional and courteous manner, in person, on the telephone or via e-mail
- Receives all customer feedback and responsible in ensuring that customers’ concerns are handled in a prompt and effective manner while retaining customer services
- Keep records of customer concerns and resolutions done
- Fulfill all reasonable requests from guests to ensure their comfort, satisfaction and safety
- Report any maintenance issues immediately to manager, including all furniture, fittings and equipment
- Carry out instructions given by the management and head office
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management from a reputable university or equivalent experience
- Must be friendly, sociable and welcoming to our clients
- With pleasing personality
- Possesses professional maturity to handle VIP guests and clients
- Flexible and can exude grace and confidence under pressure
- Must be honest and reliable
- Assertive, innovative and result-oriented
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and other business applications
Preferred Qualifications:
- One (1) year working experience
- Good written and verbal communication skills
