Job Description
- Handles documentation and encoding of trading transactions and provides assistance to the traders in the preparation of bank forms, letters and the like to document transactions.
- Responsible for ensuring transactions are carried out by banks and financial counterparties at the end of the day and resolve, together with traders, any issues that need to be resolved.
- Maintains stock portfolio ledger including stock payments and reconciliation with brokers.
- General administrative support duties for the department.
- Responsible for proactive coordination for the completion of documents, account opening forms and other legal documents as required and in close coordination with parties concerned.
- Custodianship of bank certificates and corporate documents such as SEC certificates, IDs, AFS, etc. and responsible for keeping records update to date and complete.
- Responsible for the logistic requirements of Treasury’s events, meetings, gifts deliver, etc.
- Supervision of messengers.
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Good filing and organization skills;
- Can speak good grammatical English;
- Willing to work on a contractual basis (3 months)
