Job Description
What You’ll Be Doing:
As an APM, you’ll work in a hands-on environment where your ideas and execution matter. You’ll have the opportunity to:
- Define and Build: Partner with engineering, design, and users to prioritize features, define requirements, and guide the development process.
- Be the Voice of the User: Learn directly from healthcare providers, patients, and administrators to deeply understand their needs and ensure the product meets real-world demands.
- Engage with Customers: Build relationships with users and stakeholders, provide support when needed, and gather insights to ensure the product delivers value.
- Take Ownership: In a small team, you’ll play a critical role in driving features from concept to launch and ensuring their success.
- Support and Develop: Collaborate with the team to address user feedback, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to building a positive customer experience.
- Make Decisions with Data: Use customer insights, metrics, and research to evaluate product performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Learn by Doing: Without layers of experienced leadership above you, you’ll learn the art of product management hands-on, growing into a leader who can own entire initiatives.
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- A positive attitude with a knack for taking initiative, even when the path isn’t clear.
- A problem-solving mindset that embraces challenges and thrives on figuring things out.
- A customer-first approach that prioritizes understanding and addressing user needs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with users and internal teams effectively.
- A desire to contribute to a mission, not just clock in and out of a job.
- An ability to connect the dots across technical and non-technical teams, helping bridge ideas and execution.
What You’ll Gain:
- Impact: Work on meaningful products that tackle real healthcare challenges and interact directly with users whose lives you’re improving.
- Ownership: In a small team, you’ll play a central role in defining what we build and how we build it.
- Growth: With no rigid hierarchy, you’ll learn on the go, take on leadership responsibilities early, and grow as a product thinker and doer.
- A Team That Cares: We may be small, but we’re mighty. You’ll work alongside like-minded teammates who are just as passionate about solving problems as you are.
Why Join Us?
You won’t just be managing features—you’ll be building something that matters. You’ll have the freedom to experiment, fail fast, and learn in an environment where your contributions make a real difference. You’ll also connect directly with the people we’re serving, making your role both strategic and personal.
