Job Description
The position is primarily responsible for processing documents of newly hired employees and all internal personnel movements including salary administration. The position also handles routing of employee clearance, computation and release of separation pay and report preparation.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or Information Technology/Computer Science
- Good communication skills (both oral and written)
- Proficient in MS Excel
- Can work on assigned tasks independently or in a team environment
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Customer service oriented
- Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City
